6 Ways to Incorporate Your Organic Lifestyle into Your Fitness Routine


 Test out these tips for taking your organic lifestyle into another area of your life: the gym!

 

  1. Get an Eco-Friendly Water Bottle
What’s the most important item (besides your headphones) you need when you go to the gym? Water! Make sure to purchase a water bottle that you can not only reuse, but also is free of harmful chemicals.

To ensure your bottle is not only friendly to you, but also the environment, make sure it follows these guidelines:

  • BPA-free
  • Non-toxic
  • Non-leaching, meaning does not release chemicals
  1. Walk to the Gym or Carpool with a Buddy

Instead of driving to the gym, consider taking a walk or jog before hopping in the car. Not only will you get a jumpstart on your workout and save gas, you’ll also reduce your carbon emissions. It’s a win for everyone, including mother nature!

  1. Wear Organic Workout Clothing
